Hello, I'm Crista.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in cultivating wellness throughout the many seasons of life.
At the heart of my work is my role as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate. I help individuals and families explore simple, practical ways to support their well-being through education, everyday habits, essential oils, and natural wellness tools. My desire is to help people feel informed, supported, and equipped as they care for themselves and those they love.
My approach to wellness looks at the whole person—body, mind, and heart. I believe the small choices we make each day can become meaningful ways of nurturing ourselves and creating a strong foundation for overall well-being.
I also bring a background as a birth and postpartum doula, where I had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum season. Although I no longer attend births, that experience continues to shape the way I approach supporting women and families—with compassion, education, respect for individual choices, and an understanding of how meaningful life's transitions can be.
Today, my work has grown to include wellness education, personalized wellness support, women's gatherings and community, and creative opportunities that help people discover simple ways to care for themselves and their families.
Whether you are beginning your wellness journey, looking for natural tools to incorporate into everyday life, or simply seeking greater support and connection in your current season, I am honored to walk alongside you with knowledge, compassion, and faith.
Outside of my professional work, I am a proud mama of three and cherish family life in the beautiful Spanish Fork, Utah area, where we embrace the beauty of simple living.
My life's mission: Serving families with love and faith through life's sacred journey—with wellness at heart.
I believe wellness is not about perfection. It's about creating space for the body, mind, and heart to be nurtured so we can more fully embrace the journey God has placed before us.
